Under EU law, you have a 14-day right to return any order without giving a reason, provided the part is unused and in its original packaging.
How to Initiate a Return
To return a part, email orders@justoem.com with your order number. Once we receive and inspect the returned part, a refund is processed within 5-7 business days.
