What can be returned
- Parts in original, unused condition
- Parts in original packaging with all labels intact
- Incorrect parts sent by us
- Parts that arrived damaged or defective
- Parts ordered by mistake (within 30 days)
What cannot be returned
- Parts that have been installed or used
- Parts with damaged or missing original packaging
- Parts returned after 30 days from delivery
- Parts damaged due to improper installation
How to return
Refunds
Approved refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving the returned item. Refunds are issued to the original payment method (credit card, bank transfer, etc.).
You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed. Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 3–5 business days to appear on your statement.
Exchanges
We do not process direct exchanges. If you need a different part, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the correct part.
EU Consumer Rights
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order without giving any reason (cooling-off period), in accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU.
Our 30-day return policy exceeds this legal minimum as an additional benefit to our customers.
